# OpenBookings

> OpenBookings lets AI assistants book local appointments. Ask for a service, a time and a place, and it returns the top 3 openings from connected businesses, soonest first and then closest, and books the one the user picks.

MCP endpoint (Streamable HTTP, no auth): https://openbookings.ai/mcp
Tools: search_availability, book_slot (idempotency_key required; holds then confirms), get_booking, cancel_booking.
Ranking: first opening per business, sorted by start time in 15 minute steps, then distance, then exact start.
Listings marked example data are made-up businesses for testing.
