Add OpenBookings as a connector in Grok. It takes about as long as adding a contact, and you only do it once.

Set it up

    Go to grok.com/connectors.

    Select New Connector, then Custom.

    Name it OpenBookings and paste the connector address as the server URL.

    Select Add connector. Grok finds the four OpenBookings tools.

    Start a new chat and ask for an appointment.

Custom connectors depend on your plan and, for work accounts, on what your admin allows. If you don't see the option, check your plan or ask your admin.

No. Searching and booking through OpenBookings is free for you. Businesses list for free and pay a fee only when a booking comes in.
How does OpenBookings choose which openings to show?
OpenBookings checks every connected business near you that offers the service, takes the first opening at each one, and ranks them by how soon they start and then by distance. Your AI gets the top 3.
Who sees my name and contact details?
Only the business you book. OpenBookings passes your name and your email or phone with the booking so the business can reach you about it.
How do I cancel a booking?
Ask your AI to cancel it with your confirmation code, or look the booking up on the OpenBookings website with the code and the email or phone you booked with.
