Cancel or change a booking
Ask your AI to cancel it with your confirmation code. You can also look the booking up on this site with the code and the email or phone you booked with, then cancel it there. To change a time, cancel and book again.
See, correct or delete your data
Email hello@openbookings.ai from the address you booked with, or include your confirmation code and the phone number you used. Tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We confirm it is you, then act within 30 days. Deleting your data cancels any upcoming bookings first.
What we keep
For each booking we keep your name, your email or phone, the service, the time and the business. We keep booking records for 24 months after the appointment, then delete or anonymize them. We don't keep your chats with your AI app.
Remove OpenBookings from your AI app
Open your AI app's connector or app settings and remove OpenBookings. That stops new requests. It doesn't delete past bookings, so email us if you want those deleted too.
For businesses
To change or remove your listing, use the link in your listing email, or write to hello@openbookings.ai. Disconnecting your calendar from the management page deletes the connection right away.
